The serial number on the Portable Spot Cleaner or Pet Portable Spot Cleaner can be located at the back of the machine, bottom left, on a silver sticker.
The serial number on the Portable Spot Cleaner will be formatted as such: A######
Example: A123456
The serial number on the Pet Portable Spot Cleaner will be formatted as such: ##_#####
Example: 19k12345
