Quick Start Cleaning
Your Portable Spot Cleaner is ready to start cleaning straight out of the box.
- Remove the clean water tank by lifting it straight out of the machine.
- Fill the tank with clean water until the level reaches the ‘clean water’ indicator.
- Fill the clean water tank with Oxy Spot Cleaner until the solution reaches the ‘spot cleaner’ indicator. Refit the clean water tank cap. Reinsert the water tank into the machine.
- Unwrap the power cord and plug into a socket.
- Unwrap the flexible cleaning hose from the bottom of the machine.
- Using the handle, squeeze the spray button to cover the cleaning area with solution.
- Turn on the motorised brush using the switch on top of the brush.
- Begin cleaning.
Cleaning Tips
Get the best cleaning performance from your Portable Spot Cleaner with our handy cleaning tips.
- Pick up and discard any solids from the cleaning area.
- Always check for colourfastness.
- Hold the cleaning brush horizontally, make sure the nozzle is always in contact with the carpet.
- When cleaning stairs, keep the machine one or two steps below you for easy manoeuvrability.
Filling the Clean Water Tank
If you need to refill the clean water tank, simply:
- Lift the clean water tank out of the machine.
- Unscrew the tank cap.
- Add hand hot water from the tap directly into the water tank.
- Add the cleaning solution until it reaches the fill indicator.
- Replace the tank cap.
- Turn the tank upside down and fit into the machine.

Using the Motorised Brush
The powerful motorised brush can tackle even the most stubborn stains.
- Ensure the machine is turned on.
- Position the brush handle in front of the cleaning area.
- Turn on the motorised brush using the switch on top of the handle.
- Press the spray button to apply cleaning solution to the stained area.
- Begin cleaning, taking care not to over-wet the cleaning area.
- Leave the machine on for 15 seconds to allow the dirty water to collect in the dirty water tank
Using the Suction Capabilities

- Ensure the machine is turned on.
- Turn on the motorised brush using the switch on top of the handle.
Using the Wheels and Handles
The Portable Spot Cleaner features our retractable carry handle and wheels for ultimate manoeuvrability.
- Depress the red button on the retractable handle and pull up to extend the handle’s height.
- Tip the unit back and pull to move the machine around your home.
- Depress the red button on the retractable handle and push down to return the handle for storage.
Emptying the Waste Tank
When the dirty water reaches the full line indicator, you’ll need to empty the dirty water tank.
- Wheel the unit to a sink or toilet.
- Remove the tank by tilting it slightly and lifting straight up.
- Hold the tank vertically until you are over the sink or toilet.
- Empty and refit the dirty water tank.
Cleaning your Machine
We advise, for a more consistent cleaning performance, that you clean your Portable Spot Cleaner after every use.
- Make sure your machine is unplugged.
- Remove any debris from the motorised brush head.
- Remove the dirty water tank and empty the tank into the sink or toilet.
- Rinse clean the dirty water tank and replace it.

Troubleshooting
Power Issues
- Ensure the machine is plugged in and turned on.
Low Spray
- Make sure you’re pressing the spray trigger down for consistent coverage.
- Check the water tank level and refill if it is low or empty.
- Make sure the water tank is fitted correctly.
Low Suction
- Check the waste water tank to see if it is full.
- Check the waste water tank to see if it is fitted correctly.
- Thoroughly clean the waste water tank to remove any blockages.
Handheld Brush is not oscillating
- Check to see if the switch on the top of the handheld brush is turned on.
- Vacuum over the cleaning area first to remove any debris that could get caught or tangled in the brush.
What to do if the Clean Water Tank is leaking?
- Remove the clean water tank from the unit and ensure the cap is secure.
- Secure the tank cap and hold the tank upside down to allow excess water to drain out.
What to do if the Waste Water Tank is leaking?
- Check to see if the waste water tank is full.
- Remove and empty the waste water tank.
- Unscrew the wide opening lid.
- Remove and rinse the float column.
- Reinsert the float column and secure the wide opening lid.
- Insert the waste water tank into the unit, and ensure it is secured correctly.
